Your monthly rent includes three chef-prepared meals daily, transportation, exciting events and activities, and weekly housekeeping, so you can enjoy your independent lifestyle. If you need some basic help such as medication reminders, you can utilize a third party home health care provider who already tends to a number of our residents. This allows you to only pay for the services you need.

At Magnolia Heights, we promote an engaging lifestyle by offering residents avenues through which to enjoy and participate in the arts, learn new skills, discuss current issues, as well as opportunities to travel to domestic and foreign locations. Our community provides a variety of intellectual and cultural activities that include creative writing classes, book and garden clubs, discussion groups, creative art projects, cooking demonstrations, and much more. We regularly organize group outings, giving residents the chance to visit museums and galleries or attend concerts and theater performances. We encourage our residents to take advantage of many opportunities to continue to learn and grow.

Each menu item is prepared from scratch with the freshest and highest-quality ingredients available. Emphasis is placed on healthy and appealing choices for everyone.

Meals are served in the gracious dining room, where residents can share a warm and comfortable social environment with family and friends. Residents may also reserve the family dining room for a special event or an intimate meal among loved ones.

Transportation

Transportation is just one of the many convenient services we offer at Magnolia Heights. Our comfortable bus is at your service for scheduled appointments, shopping trips and various errands. We regularly organize special excursions and outings to cultural events, restaurants, museums and other places of interest, allowing you to travel and explore the city of Franklin with your new friends.
