Centrally located just 15 minutes from downtown Greensboro, Carolina Estates is where independent living and senior care combine to create a warm, welcoming environment to continue your lifestyle. In addition to outings for special events and day trips, our scheduled community transportation makes it easy to access local parks, the YMCA, hiking and biking trails, and shopping. Our activity coordinator even plans special excursions that can include skydiving, whitewater rafting and zip lining! But there’s plenty to enjoy if you choose to stay home.

With your spacious studio, one- or two-bedroom rental apartment as home base, you can visit our on-premises salon, library, billiard room, exercise room or movie theater anytime you like. Our management team lives on-site and are available throughout the day and when our residents need them. And if you ever need assistance with physical, occupational or speech therapies, third-party providers often offer these services in the community under your supervision. They may work with you in your apartment, in the exercise and wellness gym, at a raised garden in the courtyard, or along a beautiful walking trail. At Carolina Estates, residents and their families are responsible for coordinating and managing any therapies or care services.
