Now that I have moved to Azalea Estates, the worry is gone. I love that there are fun ways to burn calories like beach volleyball. The meals are well-balanced and portion size is easily controlled. The mind and spirit are nurtured as the activity director uses crafts and games to keep us on our A-game.
